So over the last 31/2 months I have been eating a Vegan diet...I had been vegetarian for about 6 months beforehand. I love it. I have discovered so many wonderful foods! I eat alot of fresh fruit! As far as running goes, I haven't had any thing on my paws in a long time, running pretty much 7days a week and primarily been running on trails. It's amazing how much I can do on rough trails now in comparison to a year ago. My feet are monsters! Anyhow, I hope all of you are enjoying your running as much as I am! Summer time rules!
