Barefoot Ken Bob, Bob Saxe, Clifford Childers and myself set out on a barefoot trail run on some challenging terrain to practice our technique and map the course for the Naked Tour Fun Run with Ken Bob, Chris McDougall and Scott Jurek and the rest of us fruitcakes!
